Eat Good Food. At Home. Homemade.


The goal for January is simple: Eat the food that I’ve made. It’s yummy. And good. And full of different flavors. And mostly ready to be pulled out of the freezer and popped into the microwave and eaten.


Now I need to actually eat the food that I made.

Want an idea of some of the foods we’re eating this week? I’m having yummy Butternut Squash Soup with Eggplant sandwiches for lunches this week. Can you say yum! And the family is having the most wonderful – and easy – Red Lentil Dal. I’m seriously thinking about making this recipe every week. Amazing. And super easy.
